1. The objects for which the company is established are:

a) To carry on business of farmers and agriculturalists generally and in particular as importers, exporters, and breeders of cattle, sheep, goats, horses, pigs and other livestock and as ranch owners, dairymen, market gardeners, horticulture, bee-keepers, nursery men, seed growers, poultry farmers, butchers and meat, vegetable and fruit preservers.

b) To carry on business of handling, processing and marketing of fish products

c) To deal in all aspects of Information and Communication Technology, that is to say dealing with the storage, retrieval, manipulation, transmission and receipt digital data

d) To carry the business of television and radio program production, Video Production, news gathering and dissemination, and journalistic consultancy.

e) To carry on the business of importers and sellers of stationeries, business of printing of all types, and the business of secretarial service, office supplies and equipment, laboratory supplies and reagents of all types.

f) To carry on the business of proprietor and managers of hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars, conference halls, roadhouses, motels, holiday camps, caravan sites, estates, apartment-house keepers, service apartment owners, refreshment and tea rooms, milk and snack bars, taverns, lodging housekeepers: to fit up and furnish any property for the purpose of letting the same to visitors or guests whether in single room, suites, chalets, caravans, movable structures, cottager or otherwise.

g) To carry on the trade or business of car hire services, carriers and transporters by motor vehicles, aircraft, shipping or otherwise of passengers and good of every description and to carry on business as tour operators and hunters.

h) To carry on the business of importers, exporters, whole sale and/or retail merchants, commission agents, brokers, factors, manufactures` representative, proprietors of multiple shops, variety chain stores, supermarket and departmental stores, specialist merchants, tailors, makers and suppliers of clothing, general drapers, lace makers and dealers, boot and shoes makers, dealers in ribbons, fans, perfumes, flowers, and photo studio.

i) To carry on business of manufacturing, buying, selling, exchange, machining, exporting, importing and generally dealing (wholesale or retail) in hardware, household fitting, utensils, all kind of machinery, implements, appliance, apparatus, cements, solution, enamel, building materials, plumbing materials, cosmetic, cutlery, crockery, utensils of glass, china or metals, all kinds of domestic and household requisites and requirements, dairy produce, farm produce, newspapers, books, stationery, refreshments, timber, furniture, petrol, oil, diesel, kerosene all kind of power oil and lubricants for machineries and engines, tyres, motor tools, accessories, tools and accessories for motor vehicles and cycles, flour mill owners, radio and radio accessories, bakers, biscuit makers, confectioners, electioneers, electrical spares and equipments.

j) To acquires by purchases or otherwise and to carry on any business of planters, growers, producers and manufactures of maize, millet, wheat, sorghum, beans, papaya, pyrethrum, coffee, sugar, fruits, wattle, sisal, tea, cotton, groundnuts, and every kind of crop and vegetable and agricultural produce.
